Our client is a top Tier1 automotive supplier of German origin with ~ 100.000 employees. Products are amongst others steering systems for passenger vehicles. For the Competence Center of Electronics and Software, located in Budapest we are looking for you in the role of a Head of Software Delivery, reporting to the local CTO.
You have a degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering and minimum 5 – 10 years of management experience in a software related environment (preferable critical application domain). You are familiar with agile SW Development methods, e.g. scrum. You are an excellent communicator with intercultural leadership skills and the willingness to travel (hybrid remote).
In this role you will ensure the efficient, high quality software delivery in internal as well as in customer projects, including the definition of processes, performing people and resource management, and the definition of the overall software development technology stack. You lead ~ 150 employees based mainly in Budapest via group leaders. You are responsible for in-time delivery and maturity of all committed SW content in all projects.
