Description

Our client is a leading automotive supplier (Tier1) with a strong focus on agile transformation and digital innovation. Their teams develop complex software products and systems, particularly in the automotive sector. To further strengthen their agile delivery organization, they are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (m/f/d) at their Budapest site, who will coach, guide, and inspire development teams to achieve excellence through agility.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience working in an agile environment as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach. You are a passionate advocate of agile principles and know how to translate them into daily team practices. You combine a solid technical understanding with strong facilitation and communication skills. You can motivate, challenge, and support teams in finding better ways of working together..

Responsibilities

As Scrum Master, you will support several agile development teams to ensure efficient collaboration and continuous improvement. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, monitor progress, and help the team maintain a sustainable pace. You will encourage transparent communication, guide retrospectives to tangible outcomes, and ensure that agile values are lived every day.
